  1. Managed international travel logistics, accommodations, crew schedules, and production documentation for on-location shoots across remote global destinations.
  2. Maintained production tracking systems, release forms, permits, insurance documentation, and maritime compliance records to support field production operations.
  3. Supported the production of the MS Roald Amundsen Antarctic expedition episode, documenting the inaugural voyage of the world’s first hybrid-powered expedition cruise ship.
  4. Coordinated equipment logistics, shipment tracking, and cold-weather production gear for remote filming conditions across the Antarctic Peninsula and Falkland Islands.
  5. Assisted with media management, production coordination, and post-production workflows to support broadcast delivery timelines.
