Marketing Campaign

Overview

Developed integrated campaign content for SalonCentric’s New York Fashion Week activation, which extended the live event into a cohesive, multi-channel brand campaign across digital, social, and email. This campaign positioned SalonCentric as a thought leader and industry insider by producing culturally relevant storytelling, including coverage of the Black Beauty Excellence Luncheon.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Led editorial coverage and content production for SalonCentric’s New York Fashion Week campaigns across digital, social, and marketing channels.
  2. Wrote editorial features, campaign copy, interviews, and event recaps covering beauty trends, fashion culture, and professional artistry.
  3. Collaborated with VIP industry professionals and influencers, including lead makeup artist Sir John and lead hairstylist Yusef Williams, to support NYFW beauty storytelling and event coverage.
  4. Supported cross-channel campaign execution with marketing, creative, social, and brand teams during NYFW activations and partnerships.
  5. Assisted backstage and live-event content operations, including editorial planning, production coordination, and real-time content development.
